Sometimes life can drag you down to the darkest pits and force you into the deepest of shadows. Sometimes your head feels so heavy you just don't have the strength to raise it anymore. Sometimes you're so used to seeing the darkness that you forget what light is; or whether it even exists.

But it does. It's real. And it's with you.

All you need to do is to raise your head and seek the light that is always with you.

The darkness may chain your gaze downwards towards despair. But you have the strength to break free, to tear your gaze away from the darkness and turn towards the light.

And hey, if you can't do it alone, there will be people who will guide you there, to support and encourage and love you.
